I have never received a massage, which one should I get?

It is usually best to reserve the Swedish massage if you have never had a massage before. It is your basic full body massage that improves muscle tone, circulation and joint flexibility.

I have never received a facial, which one should I get?

The best facial to receive at Oasis if you have never had one before is our Signature Customized Facial Treatment. This is a one-hour treatment where the therapist will cater the treatment to the client's specific skincare needs. It also includes a thorough skin analysis in writing that you can take home. The skin care therapist will also recommend the best follow-up treatment for your skin condition.

Is there is difference between choosing a male or female massage therapist?

There is no difference. If you would like to specify on a specific modality, please inform us because each therapists specializes in various modalities. Please do inform us if you have a preference or no preference. Your comfort is important to us. Whether you have a male or female therapist, it is very important to communicate with your therapist. Let the therapist know if there are any specific needs you would like addressed or if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your treatment.

Do I have to get completely undressed to have a treatment?

We will provide you with a robe and sandals to change into before your service. It is recommended to fully undress for a massage or body treatment but it is fine to leave on your underwear if you are more comfortable. For facial treatments, you can change from the waist up only if you feel more comfortable. During your treatment, only the body part that is being worked on will be exposed.

What are some ways I can get special deals at Oasis?

Each month we offer different in spa specials. Bring a friend on Mondays and receive 20% off each of your services. Our Two for Tuesday is a great way to introduce yourself to different spa treatments. Every Tuesday, you can book any 60 minute service and receive 50% off of your second 60 minute service. Another great option is our Frequent User Series. This allows you to buy a series of a certain service at a discounted rate.

Tips for proper spa etiquette:

• 15-20% per service is the standard gratuity for good service (cash only)
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled table time to allow yourself time to check in, get changed and relax before your service
• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee
• All cell phones must be turned off upon entering the spa
