1. What can I win?

Grand Prize:

• Spa treatments for two at the Oasis Day Spa
• Two round-trip domestic airline tickets via JetBlue Airlines between any city served by JetBlue Airlines and New York City
• Hotel accommodations for two at the Affinia Dumont Hotel for two nights
• Dinner for two at Artisanal Restaurant

Runners Up:

Each of the three Winners of the Runner-Up Prizes will win a Flip Video Camcorder provided courtesy of J&R Music and Computer World. The estimated retail value of each Runner-Up Prize is $150.

2. How do I enter?

Create a video (3 minutes maximum) that is original and creative that shows that you need a break! Upload your video to YouTube and submit it to us and whoever needs a break the most will be the winner!

3. I don't have a video camera! What should I do?

You don't need a video camera! Does your regular digital camera have a "video" function? Do you have a web cam on your computer? Any of those will do. Remember, it's a YOUTUBE video, not an Oscar contender!

4. When does this contest end, and when can I find out if I had won?

The contest ends on October 31st 2008. Each winner will be notified by e-mail at the e-mail address provided. Two notification attempts will be made. Winners will have two weeks from the date of the first notification attempt to claim his/her Prize.

5. Are there any restrictions as to WHO can enter this contest?

The Gimmeabreak!SM Contest is open to legal residents of any of the United States (except Arizona) and the District of Columbia who are 21 years or older and who have an e-mail account, and who are not otherwise ineligible or disqualified based on these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions. Ineligible persons include residents of Arizona or any other jurisdiction where the Contest is prohibited by law, employees of Oasis Day Spa, JetBlue Airways, Denihan Hospitality Group, J&R Music and Computer World, or Artisanal Fromagerie, Bistro and Wine Bar, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and those associated with the development, distribution or implementation of this Contest, and members of their respective immediate families and their household members.
