To find out your screen resolution, for Windows XP click on Start, Settings, Control Panel and Display, then click on the Settings tab; it's the value displayed in the Screen area box. For Windows Vista, it is Start, Settings, Control Panel, Personalization, and then "Display Settings".
Then on our download page, choose the screen resolution of the image that is closest to your screen resolution. When the image loads, right click on the image and select "Set as Background" from the menu. Voila!
