Event Terms & Conditions

TICKETING & APPOINTMENT POLICY Ticket holders are entitled to one (1) spa service per ticket. Services are 15 minutes each unless otherwise noted, and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If your service request cannot be filled, we will contact you to choose another service. Tickets can be purchased using a valid credit card, unfortunately we cannot apply Oasis Day Spa gift card balance towards ticket purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email up to 3 days before the event with the time of your service. Your confirmation email also serves as your ticket, please print it out and bring with you to the event. While we cannot guarantee appointment times, if you and other ticket holder(s) would like to be booked together, please make your request in the ADDITIONAL COMMENTS section, and we will do our very best to accommodate.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have purchased a ticket and cannot make it to the event, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. Simply share with a friend!

Table Massages are performed in our massage rooms. It is a clothed, shiatsu/pressure point massage.

Spray tanning - please wear loose-fitting and dark clothing. For more info on our Spray Tanning services, click here.

Shellac UV manicure - please be aware that any clients who require Shellac removal prior to getting this service will be subject to a $5 fee for the removal of the UV/Gel polish.
