How It Works

Spa Memberships make it easier for our guests to maintain a self-care routine. Oasis Day Spa’s membership program is a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. Benefits are effective immediately after enrolling and signing your membership agreement.

The Spa Memberships Oasis Day Spa offers are ideal for those who visit more regularly or who are looking for new ways to begin incorporating the spa into their monthly routines. Access Plans are ideal for guests who may not be able to visit Oasis Day Spa as frequently as they would like, but who still want to enjoy additional perks and deals in an affordable way.

Yes! With the Oasis Signature Membership and Oasis Deluxe Membership, members are able to choose between an eligible massage or facial for their included monthly service.

For the Oasis HydraFacial Membership, members are able to upgrade from their included Signature HydraFacial treatment to a Platinum HydraFacial treatment for just $65.

All you need to do is request it while booking and our team will take care of the rest.

Memberships are location specific. A Member can only book their Included Monthly Service at the Oasis Day Spa location they enrolled at; however, a Member can still use their discounted perks between both locations.

Unused Included Monthly Services will roll over each month at no extra cost! Members have the entire length of their membership term to use these services, as long as the account is not frozen and in good standing. All accumulated unused services will expire 30 days after the membership has been cancelled.

Active Members are allowed to share or gift an unused Included Monthly Service to a friend or family member, and can request and book this in person, by phone, or by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.

Active Members receive one (1) complimentary treatment enhancement or add-on (up to a $30 value) to a spa service during their birthday month. Birthday Perks do not rollover. To redeem, Members must let a staff member at Oasis Day Spa know while booking an appointment or when checking in for their appointment.

Gratuity is not included in the membership. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is recommended to give 20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist or esthetician.

There may be times when a Member is not able to utilize their membership and would need to temporarily freeze or pause it. At least 15 days’ notice is required. Members can request to freeze their Initial Membership Period for up to 60 days. During this freeze period, membership services and perks will not be available to use; this includes service rollovers. At the end of the freeze period, membership billing, services, and perks will resume. Members can receive a Freeze Request Form by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.

After the initial 6 months of the membership period, Members are allowed to cancel their membership with at least 30 days’ notice. If a membership is cancelled before the end of the Initial Membership Period of 12 months, there will be an Early Cancellation Fee of $15.00. Members can receive a Membership Cancellation Form by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.
