Guest Guidelines in the Events of COVID-19

As of July 6th, both Oasis Day Spa in Westchester and Oasis Day Spa at 1 Park Ave are open and operating at 50% capacity with spaced bookings.

For the safety of our guests and staff, it’s important that we adhere to CDC guidelines. Our staff has been trained on service and sanitation protocols, installed plexiglass shields to reception, and have a supply of PPE ready to use.

We also ask that our guests wear masks when entering/leaving the spa, wash their hands, and maintain 6ft social distance in the reception area, locker rooms, and the Relaxation room. Guests will also need to wear their masks during certain spa services.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service.


We suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full service fee.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service. Oasis is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Age Requirement

Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

Oasis loves children, however no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.

Gift Cards

Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk or online. Gift Cards may only be used at the NYC and Westchester spa locations and cannot be used in the online spa boutique. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards never expire for their cash value. All sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Cards.


Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks. Gratuity is accepted in cash only.
