How It Works

Spa Memberships and Plans make it easier for our guests to maintain a self-care routine. Oasis Day Spa’s membership program is a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. Benefits are effective immediately after enrolling and signing your agreement.

Access Plans are ideal for guests who may not be able to visit Oasis Day Spa as frequently as they would like, but who still want to enjoy additional perks and deals in an affordable way. The Spa Memberships Oasis Day Spa offers are ideal for those who visit more regularly or who are looking for new ways to begin incorporating the spa into their monthly routines.

Active Access Members receive a $50 Birthday Bonus credit to use on any full-priced spa service of 60 minutes or more during their birthday month. Birthday Perks do not rollover and will expire at the end of the birthday month. Birthday Perks cannot be combined with other perks, discounts, promotions, specials, or packages.

To redeem, Access Members must let a staff member at Oasis Day Spa know while booking an appointment or when checking in for their appointment.

Gratuity is not included in the access plans. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is recommended to give 20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist or esthetician.

There may be times when an Access Member is not able to utilize their plan and would need to temporarily freeze or pause it. At least 15 days’ notice is required. Access Members can request to freeze their Initial Plan Period for up to 60 days. During this freeze period, access plan perks will not be available to use. At the end of the freeze period, access plan billing, services, and perks will resume. Access Members can receive a Freeze Request Form by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.

After the initial 6 months of the plan period, Access Members are allowed to cancel their plan with at least 30 days’ notice. If an access plan is cancelled before the end of the Initial Plan Period of 12 months, there will be an Early Cancellation Fee of $15.00. Access Members can receive an Access Plan Cancellation Form by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.
