Access Plan Terms
The Initial Plan Period is a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. After the Initial Plan Period ends, the access plan will be automatically renewed as a month-to-month term.
Both Access Plan and PLUS Access Plan prices are locked in during the Initial Plan Period but may be subject to change after it renews or ends.
Both Access Plan and PLUS Access Plan are location specific. An Access Member can only use Access Plan Perks at the Oasis Day Spa location they have enrolled at.
Gratuity is not included in the access plans. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is recommended to give 20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist or esthetician.
Access Plan Perks
All Access Plans (“Oasis Access Plan” “Oasis Plus Access Plan”) include discounted services and retail purchases, plus added perks. Some limitations may apply.
Appointment Cancellations
Spa services booked throughout the month follows our Spa Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled, changed, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed 100% of each service.
Freezing / Pausing an Access Plan
There may be times when an Access Member is not able to utilize their plan and would need to temporarily freeze or pause it. At least 15 days’ notice is required. Access Members can request to freeze their Initial Plan Period for up to 60 days. During this freeze period, access plan perks will not be available to use. At the end of the freeze period, access plan billing, services, and perks will resume. Access Members can receive a Freeze Request Form by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.
Access Plan Cancellation Policy
Access Plans are non-refundable. By enrolling in our access plan program, you agree to the terms. After the initial 6 months of the plan period, Access Members are allowed to cancel their plan with at least 30 days’ notice. If an access plan is cancelled before the end of the Initial Plan Period of 12 months, there will be an Early Cancellation Fee of $15.00. Access Members can receive an Access Plan Cancellation Form by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.
By enrolling into Oasis Day Spa’s access plan program, members acknowledge that they have read the Access Plan Terms & Conditions and Oasis Day Spa Policies and that their Access Plan will go into effect immediately. Access Members authorize Oasis Day Spa to charge their monthly plan fees with the billing information provided when enrolling. If at any time a member wishes to update their payment or plan, they are required to contact Oasis Day Spa directly.
