Membership Terms
The Initial Membership Period is a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. After the Initial Membership Period ends, the membership will be automatically renewed as a month-to-month membership term.
Membership prices are locked in during the Initial Membership Period but may be subject to change after it renews or ends.
Memberships are location specific. A Member can only book their Included Monthly Service at the Oasis Day Spa location they enrolled at; however, a Member can still use Membership Perks between both locations.
A membership’s Included Monthly Service can be swapped out for another eligible service by requesting it while booking.
Gratuity is not included in the membership. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. If you were happy with your service, it is recommended to give 20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist or esthetician.
Membership Perks
All Memberships (“The Signature Membership,” “The Oasis Deluxe Membership,” “HydraFacial Membership”) include one (1) monthly service, plus added perks. Some limitations may apply.
Membership perks include:
Service Rollover
Unused Included Monthly Services will roll over each month. Members have the entire length of their membership term to use these services, as long as the account is not frozen and in good standing. All accumulated unused services will expire 30 days after the membership has been cancelled.
Active Members are allowed to share or gift an unused Included Monthly Service to a friend or family member, and can request and book this in person, by phone, or by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.
15% OFF Any Additional Full-Priced Services
Active Members get 15% OFF any additional full-priced spa services and add-ons that are booked during their membership term. This perk cannot be combined with other perks, discounts, promotions, specials, or packages.
20% OFF All Retail
Active Members get 20% OFF all Retail Products during their membership term. This perk cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, specials, or clearance items.
Birthday Perks
Active Members receive one (1) complimentary treatment enhancement or add-on (up to a $30 value) to a spa service during their birthday month. Birthday Perks do not rollover. To redeem, Members must let a staff member at Oasis Day Spa know while booking an appointment or when checking in for their appointment.
Referral Bonus Perks
Active Members can receive a $50 Referral Bonus Gift Card when they refer a friend who becomes a member to any membership.
Members-Only Early Access
Active Members can receive early access emails for select seasonal promotions and events.
Active Members can also receive exclusive access to Members-Only flash sales throughout the year.
Membership Appointment Cancellations
Included Monthly Service
If a Member needs to cancel or reschedule their Included Monthly Service appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel, change or reschedule your Included Monthly Service appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be billed a $50 cancellation fee.
Additional Spa Services
Additional spa services booked throughout the month follows our Spa Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed 100% of each service.
Freezing / Pausing a Membership
There may be times when a Member is not able to utilize their membership and would need to temporarily freeze or pause it. At least 15 days’ notice is required. Members can request to freeze their Initial Membership Period for up to 60 days. During this freeze period, membership services and perks will not be available to use; this includes service rollovers. At the end of the freeze period, membership billing, services, and perks will resume. Members can receive a Freeze Request Form by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Memberships are non-refundable. By enrolling in our membership program, you agree to the terms. After the initial 6 months of the membership period, Members are allowed to cancel their membership with at least 30 days’ notice. If a membership is cancelled before the end of the Initial Membership Period of 12 months, there will be an Early Cancellation Fee of $15.00. Members can receive a Membership Cancellation Form by emailing contact@oasisdayspanyc.com.
By enrolling into Oasis Day Spa’s membership program, members acknowledge that they have read the Membership Terms & Conditions and Oasis Day Spa Policies and that their Membership will go into effect immediately. Members authorize Oasis Day Spa to charge their monthly membership fees with the billing information provided when enrolling. If at any time a member wishes to update their payment or membership, they are required to contact Oasis Day Spa directly.
